Agents can carry more of the workflow, but creators still define truth, approve direction, and decide what deserves to ship.
Give the agent source truth, treatment, audience, and limits.
Match every scene to the right video, image, or audio model.
Lock truth, continuity, rights, pacing, and sound in stages.
Create platform-specific cuts and document what worked.

An AI explainer video starts with what the audience needs to understand. Separate the core explanation from supporting examples, then assign a visible purpose to every scene. A script about a reusable packaging system might need a simple overview, a close demonstration and a final comparison of the steps involved.
Give narration, visuals and captions different jobs. Narration can explain a sequence; an image can show the object; a caption can emphasize the term the viewer needs to remember. Review generated inserts against the script so appealing imagery does not introduce a detail that the research never established.
Provide the audience, learning objective, key facts, tone, approximate structure and required source material. Distinguish verified information from illustrative scenes.
Check the sequence for missing steps, simplify sentences that are hard to speak and remove visuals that distract from the explanation. Review captions after the final narration is selected.
